We’re still at Mom & Dad’s, and took a side trip down to Coeur d’aLene today—it was a beautiful travel day, and we enjoyed a good Mongolian lunch while in town.
We made a side-side trip to a small organic farm, and the owner took time to tour us through everything (offering samples along the way!).
It was very informative (and delicious), and Beth and I will be taking some good ideas back home with us.
We were treated to a rich and colorful sunset on the way home (the photo doesn’t come close). We’ve had a very restful time here, and it’s going to be hard to tear ourselves away to start our journey home tomorrow!
