After the barn was partially destroyed, I had to move all the tractors and vehicles, and the L-170 ended up parked next to the small machine shed. One afternoon, a couple guys (who insisted they were not scrappers… hmmm) stopped by and offered to buy the truck. I named a price, which they countered. As their offer was still several hundred more than I paid for the truck, I told them to haul it off.
That’s one less project to worry about.
